Optimization Blocks - Optional Module for REXYGEN

Optimization blocks are optional function blocks that are intended for various optimization algorithms applicable in control systems. In the current version, blocks for linear predictive control (MPC, Model based Predictive Control) are implemented, the function of which is as follows:

• QP_MPC2QP – Conversion of MPC problem to quadratic programming
• QP_UPDATE – Update matrices/vectors of quadratic programming
• QP_OASES – Solving the quadratic programming problem using active set method

Detailed description of these function blocks can be found in the reference manual “Function Blocks of REXYGEN”. It is expected that more optimization blocks will be added to this set of blocks in the future.
